One of our easiest and quickest breakfast smoothie recipes, obviously you can enjoy anytime in the day, it only take few minutes to make, it will keep you full and alert throughout the day.
- 1 banana
- Handful of blueberries
- 1 tsp of Chaadao Ceremonial Matcha (green tea powder)
- 2 tbsp of oats, we prefer Mornflake Creamy Superfast Oats
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice, we prefer Alpro Soya Milk
1. Put all ingredients into a blender, don't forget the lid, blend for 1 - 2 minutes to a consistency you prefer.
2. Topped the breakfast smoothie with more matcha if you are crazy about matcha like us.
