- 1 tbsp Rooibos
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp Rolled oats, we've used Quaker Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk, we prefer Alpro Almond Original
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- Handful of fresh berries, as toppings
2. In a jar, mix the Rooibos infused milk with vanilla extract, add in the chia seeds and oats, combine well before covering with the lid and leave in the fridge overnight.
3. In the morning, topped the overnight oats with fresh berries and nuts if you prefer. Enjoy!
