Rooibos Chia Seeds Overnight Oats - Vegan Recipe

1. Heat the almond milk, using a tea infuser to brew the Rooibos, let it infuse for 15 minutes. Once brewed remove the infuser.

2. In a jar, mix the Rooibos infused milk with vanilla extract, add in the chia seeds and oats, combine well before covering with the lid and leave in the fridge overnight. 

3. In the morning, topped the overnight oats with fresh berries and nuts if you prefer. Enjoy!
