Vanilla Chai Spiced Cookies


  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 3 tsp Vanilla Chai
  • 1 cup chocolate chips


1. Preheat oven to 175°. Mix butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla in a large bowl with a mixer until smooth. In another bowl, stir together flour, cinnamon, ginger, fennel, cardamom, and Vanilla Chai. Add to butter mixture and beat on low speed until blended. Stir in chocolate chips.

2. Line 2 baking sheets with baking paper. Set 1-tbsp. balls of dough 1 in. apart on sheets and flatten slightly with your fingers.

3. Bake until cookies are light golden, 15 to 18 minutes. Transfer to racks to cool.
