How to make a Vegan Coconut Matcha Latte

Ingredients

1 tsp Ceremonial Matcha 
3 tbsp warm water 
300ml coconut milk
Dash of honey (optional)

Method

1. Spoon the Matcha into a mug or bowl, add in the warm water. 

2. Using a Matcha whisk to whisk until a smooth dark green paste and a creamy consistency without any lumps.

3. Warm the coconut milk in a saucepan. If you have a electric whisk, you can froth the milk to create a creamier texture. 

4. Tip the mug slightly whilst pouring in the milk to create a nice pattern with the milky foam. You can add a dash of honey at this point to sweeten if you prefer a sweeter taste. 

5. Enjoy your Matcha Latte!
